We would like to invite you to the inaugural 'Knights Of The Funny' comedy night taking place at the lovely Clockhouse pub on the corner of Barry Road on April 27th from 8pm-9.30pm. Over 18's only.

A superb selection of comedy short films from the local area and further afield will be screened upstairs in The Blake Room. The night will be compered by tip-top comedian Gary Tro:

A suggested donation for the night is ?10. All profits from the evening will go to the charity 'Spread A Smile,'who work with very ill children, to give them a large smattering of smiles and laughs.

It promises to be a fun evening out, and we would be delighted if you could join us. Places are limited (40) so please contact us by email to reserve your place as soon as you can.

Also, if you would like to submit a comedy short film to us, please attach a link and we'll see if we can slot it in! The more shorts from locals the better. If you have any questions please drop us a line.

Check out the flyer attached, and spread the word. Hope to see you there.

Best wishes,

However I think all women moderate their behaviour when on their own, walking at night especially as they fear danger. Two interesting articles https://www.statista.com/statistics/288298/female-victims-of-homicide-england-and-wales-by-relationship-to-offender/?srsltid=AfmBOoqZ9-CIEJWe9kesKy2G_KWxjXPh-tXMRsLvKim0M6mS00dksiKH https://www.theguardian.com/education/2025/sep/23/majority-of-girls-and-young-women-in-uk-alter-behaviour-to-feel-safe-study-finds?CMP=Share_iOSApp_Other   Other crimes https://crimerate.co.uk/london personally I always go for the most crowded train carriage late evening and I carry my keys in my hand when walking from the train station…. • What ever they decide I would have thought that the skate park would not be staying but really hope I am wrong as in my minds eye, I see the skate park as potential parking spaces after all if it is going to be community, flats, retail units, cafe, etc folks are going to want to have the parking availability - Amir like the parade of shops opposite. if the skate park goes then I think it is Dulwich Estate obligation to find another suitable area… a lot of community spirit and hard work went into developing the skate park and the youngsters should be very proud of what they have done  and achieved.
    • Hi all My car was stolen between 1.30pm-1.50pm today in SE22 East Dulwich in South East London. I have of course reported this to the police but not much is being done, so I thought I'd give this a shot. The registration is GM66YOV, though its possible the licence plate may have been changed by now. If you see it anywhere please contact me or the police. Thankyou!
