Recommended Posts

Starting tomorrow 16th April at 2pm. (You can enroll after the start date as long as there is still space, but it is recommended to do the six weeks to get maximum benefit)

This Postnatal Pilates class is especially designed for mothers from six weeks after delivery (10 weeks after a cesarean section) until baby is fully crawling.

Mats and baby toys are provided but feel free to bring your own.

The baby lies or sits by your side during the class. Class is small( max 8), friendly and relaxed. You can work at your own pace and you can feed and tend to the baby as necessary. You are welcome to attend even if you have not done Pilates before.

Have a look at my website for further information and for other mother and baby classes. www.zairalopez.co.uk

Get in touch now if you want to join us tomorrow! There is still space :-)

    • Hello.   Thanks Nigel and Hparker 😀   I've got new slots available for new students looking for a piano teacher or guitar teacher.   You could start in the new term beginning September, or I'm also available adhoc-styles through the summer holidays at times.   I teach all ages, in most styles, in lots of different ways according to how you learn/like to learn.   Give me a call or text on 07730 402336.   I have connections to lots of performance opportunities/networks too.   I run regular events /student concerts, and play in bands/perform.   Natalie.
    • So do I, but I think they are in trouble as well.  Anyway, that space wouldn't be big enough.
    • I'm not talking about Starmer. I was responding to a post which  said that  Corbyn was unelectable. How people voted in the "more hotly contested election" is irrelevant. Corbyn wasn't leading the Labour Party then. Starmer was. And the turnout for Labour reflects that.
    • Reeves says she's in charge and no no's Rayners plan, what happens now?
