Bees in our wall. Removal?

We have a bee's nest in a large air brick on the outside of our flat (It's blocked from the inside thankfully). Last year we just left them to it and it wasn't really a problem but now they seem to have returned in force and keep coming into the house.

Can anyone recommend someone who will come and relocate them?

The only problem is that it's up on the fourth floor and would probably need scaffolding to reach it. :/
