Looking for a Builder / Carpenter

I would like to get a quote for a storage cupboard underneath our stairs and a compact solution for a dining table and chairs, again for the kitchen.

We have seen an image of a mirror on the internet that can be folded away from the wall and used as a dining table. We would like to get a quote for a solution similar to this.
