Pls find attached some pictures of our house on Blackwater street that will be available from July. It is a large property (176 m2) with 4 double bedrooms, open plan kitchen/diner, double reception room, two bathrooms (one on-suite), downstairs loo and lots of storage throughout the house plus cellar and a large loft (not converted yet), south-facing garden.

Best location in ED - off Lordship Lane and across the road from the cinema, WR butcher, Moxons fishmonger, Jade bakery, Push studios etc. and a new primary school opening next year.

8 min walk to ED station, 1 min walk to the bus stop: to Denmark hill, to the city (40, Covent Garden (176) or Victoria (185).

The house is in immaculate condition, we are looking for 3k a month. Pls PM me if interested, min 12 months let.

Thanks for looking.

Hi,

We are a family looking for alternative accomodation for an insurance rebuild from July. Could you please send me some more details of your property and when it would be possible for me or my husband to view the property

Thanks

    • Hello! We are relocating abroad and so will be withdrawing our two children (ages 4 and 6) from St Dunstan’s College (Catford). If any family is considering enrolling children of a similar age, now would be an excellent opportunity—we’re required to pay full‑term fees unless the places are taken. Please get in touch if you’re interested or know someone who might be. Thank you!
    • Hi  I really thought I'd seen a more recent post on the forum about home education meet ups. I can't find it though. • Hi, I saw your post and just wanted to say that the incident you’re referring to did happen in the late 1980s at Dawson’s Heights. The person involved was named Carl Salawa, and he had just turned 18 years old at the time. Like you, I haven’t been able to find any news articles or official reports about it, If anyone remembers anything more about that time or incident, I’d really appreciate hearing about it. Thanks for sharing what you were told—it means a lot to know others remember.
