Recommended Posts

Hello everyone,

I am now almost at capacity with students. But I still do have some spaces.

Please contact me on 07792835759

Lessons are:

?20 - for 30 Minutes

?25 - for 45 Minutes

?30 - for 60 Minutes

Thanks to everyone who has got in contact with me via East Dulwich Forum.

I've taught at 2 schools in the past which I've been CRB'd for. Professionally I've worked for Sony, Universal and the BBC (and still do on ocassion).

I graduated from Leeds College of Music with a 1st in Music and have been a professional musician and working peripatetic teacher since 2009. I taught up to and past grade 8 level in various styles but I tend to focus on popular and rock music.

Let me know if you yourself would like lessons or you know of anyone that would.

I've started a new thread as my website is now:

My 10-year-old has gone from bored reluctant music lesson victim to future rock guitarist with Alex. Even as I type this, Alex is booked to make a special extra visit this afternoon because Calvin did not want to miss out after his usual Friday lesson had to be cancelled for a school trip.

Alex teaches my 9 year old son and I can't recommend him highly enough.

He has a lovely friendly manner, makes the lessons fun and my son really looks forward to his lessons each week. He is patient and very encouraging, giving lots of positive, relevant feedback. He definitely gets the thumbs up from us!!

    • The SSRS app (Safer seas and rivers service), is worth downloading. It gives you real time updates on water safety / sewage discharges. It's pretty eye opening / alarming, how regularly areas are not safe, but reassuring when you do get the 'all clear'.
    • The programme was brilliant and makes me wary now of sea paddling as so many areas affected. My daughter was working at a bank when privatisation of utility companies were floated. Bank advised its staff that only x number of shares could be purchased by individuals as Government rules at that time. She reported that certain people were seeking double and triple shares. Bank told her to ignore the guidelines as those customers had thousands of pounds in the bank. She was so disgusted at the banks attitude she handed in her notice, She decided that the financial world was too corrupt. Two degrees later - she now works in the NHS as an OT in mental health unit.
    • Out of the corner of my eye I thought I saw a white (?cabbage white?) butterfly. It's awfully early, isn't it?
