Mini Monkey is learning to read the time. What's the best learning clock out there?

I strongly believe in a real clock with numbers that's on your wall tbh

There are nice wooden clocks where the child puts the right number in the right place, that's a good start and you can get flash cards... I also agree real clocks best rather than a learning clock once they are a bit older and are ready to learn

Thank you. Yes, we do use the wall clock but I want her to be able to manipulate the hands. She seems to learn better when she can handle things. I must say I am finding this whole learning the time thing a bit of a drag. Give me phonics any time! Thank you again, I'll look out for the wooden clocks and the flash cards.

We have a story book with a learning clock built in. You move the hands to the correct time as the story progresses. It helps to understand time in context to events in a series. This type of holistic learning was helpful for my daughter, and she really loves the book.
