Not strictly ED, but with the potential to affect ED parents. John Donne Primary School are "consulting" on opening a Free Primary School in the area, now that Harris Nunhead have pulled out. They haven't (yet) named a site, but are using the same duff "demand" data Harris did. They are an academy and applied to the DfES a couple of years ago to open a secondary school on their site (they were turned down flat).
