Very cool kids play/den making kit ?80 (retails ?145)

We have this tent set up which we have used a handful of times, so in very good condition.

A really lovely thing - can be used for all ages but children under 6 or 7 would need adults help to assemble a den. We are selling as our two little boys are too young (2 and just turned 4) to get the most out of it and we have a number of other tent / den type set ups!
