Professional couple looking to rent from July/August

Hello East Dulwich.

My girlfriend and I are are looking to move in to a one or two bed from from late July / Early August 2015 and would love to avoid the costly agency fees. I have been around East Dulwich for nearly 4 years and she fell in love with the area as soon as she visited Lordship Lane so we are looking to stay in the area.

Location: Ideally somewhere near Denmark Hill or Peckham Rye. She works in East London and I work in the City, so anywhere near the Overground really.

Range: ?1100 - ?1400

No pets

Non Smokers

No car

Would be open to a flat, house, apartment, bungalow, mansion - fairly flexible really.
