Apologies for the site being unavailable this morning

It was out of our hands and we were unable to post a "this website is down" message. This is what happened: ------------------- Tue, 07 Apr 2009 09:45:51 +0100 We are currently seeing abnormal behaviour on some dedicated servers, and are investigating the causes. We expect to have them back to normal operation soon, and apologise for any inconvenience caused. Update 09:46 AM: We have identified that one of the network switches has failed. We are currently deploying a replacement switch and expect to resume normal service in 50 minutes. [added] Update 12:00: We have replaced the network switch and are continuing to monitor the situation. ------------------- Everything seems to be stable(ish) now and once again apologies for this site being unavailable.
