Role Models - childcare with a difference - fun nannies!

Recommended Posts

Role Models is a unique service providing skilled & engaging ad hoc and part-time childcare.

We want to inspire children to create and learn, whilst having fun at the same time. All from just ?15.

Not only do our Role Models have extensive childcare experience but they are also lucky enough to be super talented in at least one of music, arts & crafts, drama, sport or homework (whilst many also come with other talents such as cooking or languages). What?s more, they all love sharing their passion with children.

So what?

This means if your son is a budding tennis player then you can either pick a run-of-the-mill babysitter (who can?t keep up) or we can find a Role Model who loves playing sport as much as he does! Similarly, if your daughter enjoys being a drama queen then why not let us match her with a trained performer?

Whether it?s playing the trombone, helping with homework or simply doing the school run, we aim to provide a fun Role Model that best suits each family?s requirements.

All our Role Models have been CRB checked, reference checked, interviewed, speak fluent English and have extensive childcare experience. The vast majority are personal recommendations.

Please feel free to get in touch with any questions. We'd love to hear from you.

    • I don't know how it works now but my late parents had little money when they were retired (just state pension and they rented their flat) and they used to take their cat to the Blue Cross (In Victoria if I remember correctly) where treatment was free for those who could'nt afford a private vet. I sincerely hope similar is available still because for many elderly their pet is their main source of comfort and company.
    • In a couple of places locally, I have come across this. I am fairly sure that they attempt to do the bill in their head. If you just say , “no, I think it’s x” they start again and get to an agreeable number, or find a calculator. I don’t think it’s a malicious attempt to swindle people. Just not great arithmetic.
    • There are excellent charities like the Greenwich Wildlife Network who will help if you report any concerns with local wildlife. Foxes are wonderful creatures who had been forced into our town and cities and are just doing their best to survive, we should take care of them when we can.
    • Like I thought… prob like that for most of the day.. especially after people had walked their dogs, with friends, relatives  kids…
