Free Fathers' Day Drawing Competition for Children Closing Date Friday 12th June

This year Fathers? Day is Sunday 21st June and to celebrate we?re holding a competition for children to draw their Dad.


There are lots of prizes on offer, and ALL entries will be displayed in our windows from 16th June.


All you need to do:

Draw a picture of your Dad on A4 paper

Write your Dad?s name on the front

Write your name, age and telephone number on the back

Hand your entry in to Village Books, 1d Calton Avenue, Dulwich Village


Entries must be received by Friday 12th June 2015.

Winners will be notified the following week.


PRIZES

There are two categories ? Age 6 and under, and Age 7 and over.

5 prizes of ?15 book vouchers awarded in each age group.


Prizes will be presented on Fathers? Day, Sunday 21st June at 11am.

    • Homes for people who have been granted asylum is one thing. Homes for asylum seekers is something else.

    • Central and local government are going to have to do multiple things at once (as opposed to the James Barber approach of "there are other things that need to be done by other people elsewhere, so we shouldn't approve building new housing here"). £200m across multiple councils across the whole of England and Wales is not going to crowd out opportunities to build more social housing and to approve other housing built at private expense.
    • Question for those with children at DVIS: how do you manage the limited number of places at the after-school wraparound care? In reality - does everyone who wants a place get one because so many don't need it? What alternative wraparound care are people using? Thanks!
