Large double room available in spacious 3-bed Victorian house in heart of East Dulwich (opposite EDT). 1 very large master bedroom with bay window(?670+CT).

I'm a friendly laid back professional guy looking for similar housemates (male or female) to share this lovely space (gay friendly).

House is spacious with large kitchen, bathroom, sitting room and separate dining space.

On the doorstep of bustling Lordship Lane and 7 min walk from ED station. 10 min bus to Overground at Denmark Hill and Peckham Rye, or 20 min walk to both.

ED has a lot of nice restaurants, pubs, caf?s and shops, all of which are on our doorstep. Newly opened Picturehouse Cinema 5 mins walk away.

Free on-street parking and easy bus and train access to central London.

Close to local parks (Dulwich and Peckham Rye).

Modern kitchen and large bathroom.

Cosy garden space.

Deposits and references required.

Available from June 6th.

    • Does anybody have a folding pasting table they no longer need? All the ones I've found online seem to have terrible reviews, mainly due to being unstable,  or else coming apart! I don't mind if it's grubby, I just want it to gesso wallpaper lining paper, for art not walls!
    • Massive thank you to Stephen. Painted our whole house - and got lots of other bits sorted, too. Nothing was too much trouble, everything looks great and all came in on quote. Fantastic. Liverpool fan, but don’t hold that against him. Will 100% use again.
    • We worked with Eliot recently to get two sets of shelves built. He was excellent! Really high quality craftsmanship, communicative and lovely - I’d recommend Langley Carpentry in a heartbeat.
    • How about trying the upstairs of some local pubs like EDT? They prob won't stay open until wee small hours but worth a try... or night at Rivoli Ballroom Catford (too old?!) or somewhere up in town for drinks rather than hiring somewhere.
