Wanted: A good tiler and a good fencer!

Hello,

Hoping for some advice for 2 separate jobs... Looking for a reliable and detail-orientated tiler for a bigger (or a couple of small-medium jobs) and a landscaper/fencer who'd be quick and cheap to put in some simple fencing.

Anyone have any recommendations (or people to avoid!). Looking like everyone is busy at the moment, so we've had a few people coming to give quotes not show at the last minute. Disappointing!
