Hi Guys,

I have a very large garden flat that will be ready in about 4 weeks in Lyndurst Way , Peckham Rye, excellent location right next to the park and train station and Bellenden rd etc, its having as complete refurb from top to bottom but wqe will be happy to take people around now if you'd like as this will not be on the market long as garden flats are now hard to find and especially in this location!

So please call 07572 260664 to arrange an appointment to come and view the property, but please understand that its not looking very good at the moment as its being gutted and is in shell condition but you can see the size and location and the garden and its only available to CASH buyers or people with a substancial deposit and MIP in place and who can complete quickly, nobody who is in a chain need apply please. No agents need call either as we are selling this ourselves!

Thanks and any questions will be answered upon viewing, but its has over 10yrs lease and is a Victorian conversion property very pretty (well not at the moment! but will be!)

Cheers.

Thanks and

    • Hello! We are relocating abroad and so will be withdrawing our two children (ages 4 and 6) from St Dunstan’s College (Catford). If any family is considering enrolling children of a similar age, now would be an excellent opportunity—we’re required to pay full‑term fees unless the places are taken. Please get in touch if you’re interested or know someone who might be. Thank you!

    • Hi, I saw your post and just wanted to say that the incident you’re referring to did happen in the late 1980s at Dawson’s Heights. The person involved was named Carl Salawa, and he had just turned 18 years old at the time. Like you, I haven’t been able to find any news articles or official reports about it, If anyone remembers anything more about that time or incident, I’d really appreciate hearing about it. Thanks for sharing what you were told—it means a lot to know others remember.
