@Spartacus Where exactly would an East Dulwich Christmas tree sensibly go ? Only possible place is the middle of the goose green roundabout. How about on the newly paved Melbourne Grove North, next the station? Or have something with lights on Goose Green? -
No experience in this area, but some in SEN. Any exclusion for an EHCP child has to go through the local authority. Your case worker will be able to tell you exactly who is involved and who the independent SEN expert is. -

Dear oh dear. Things have gone very wrong, haven't they? On the face of it, it seems to be a result of very poor management at some higher level, and a lack of thinking things through before implementing changes? What a mess.
