Low cost fitness classes in Bassano St church hall

Recommended Posts

Are you interested in getting fit with the help of a serious fitness trainer? Come along to Epiphany Hall on Bassano Street off Lordship Lane, SE22 8RU and sign up for some group training as part of your fitness regime.

Starting Tuesday 16th June 2015 from 8pm, we will have classes led by a British Army fitness trainer who will provide training according to your ability, but he will push you and encourage you to be the best you can be!

Soo, the first session on Tuesday 16th will be FREE! (Try before you buy :)) - but there's more, because it's in our church hall we want to serve the community by making it low cost and affordable, so the sessions are only going to be ?3.00 per hour,

BUT if you are amongst the FIRST 15 to sign up for 4 or 8 sessions BY Sunday 14th June you can receive EARLY BIRD rates of 4 sessions for ?10 or 8 for ?22!

If you can't get along to the hall before Sunday, send me a message here and I'll be able to register you as an Early Bird!

So come, bring you friend, your mum or anyone who needs encouragement to get on or stay on their fitness and health journey. Report for training and boost your regime!

    • Hello! We are relocating abroad and so will be withdrawing our two children (ages 4 and 6) from St Dunstan’s College (Catford). If any family is considering enrolling children of a similar age, now would be an excellent opportunity—we’re required to pay full‑term fees unless the places are taken. Please get in touch if you’re interested or know someone who might be. Thank you!
    • Hi  I really thought I'd seen a more recent post on the forum about home education meet ups. I can't find it though. • Thanks for your reply. I’ve subscribed to Ancestry a few times in the past but felt I wasn’t using it enough to warrant keeping up the subscription.
    • Hi, I saw your post and just wanted to say that the incident you’re referring to did happen in the late 1980s at Dawson’s Heights. The person involved was named Carl Salawa, and he had just turned 18 years old at the time. Like you, I haven’t been able to find any news articles or official reports about it, If anyone remembers anything more about that time or incident, I’d really appreciate hearing about it. Thanks for sharing what you were told—it means a lot to know others remember.
