Im looking for someone with a rotavator to do our garden. The garden is clear just needs turning over ready for turf.

How big is your garden? Rotivators create a pan when used on clay soil. This makes it difficult to grow anything else should you one day want more then a lawn. I'd recommend getting it done by hand if it's not a huge garden for maximum root aeration.
