Solicitor for Right to Manage

Hi,

we are a small block of flats (18) under a very very poor management. We have been advised we have the right to change this but at loss as to how. Can anyone recommend a Solicitor expert in the matter that can help us? The managing company is OM, reknown for the high charges and poor service, that will fight its way not to let us go (residents have tried in the past, with no success).

Hi Valeenitt, we are considering doing the same in our bigger block (50 flats) also mis-managed by OM. Would be interesting to see how you get on?
