Hi there

My name is Daniela. I'm searching for an Au Pair post to start asap. I'm a teacher for English and Spanish in Germany and Chile. I speak Spanish(native), German (proficient) and English(fluent. I'm in London to improve my English, since I need it to teach it in Germany in the future. I have lots of experience in working with children. I worked 1 1/2 years in a private nursery in Wiesbaden, Germany, and I've work as an Au Pair for four families, two in Germany and two in England. I can provide excellent references.

  I'd try the Dulwich Village or "North Dulwich Triangle" forums for more local knowledge but I don't think those areas compare to Abeville Road at all. It will be quite a different lifestyle.

  Yes, Dulwich Village commands a premium and justifiably so given access to the City via London Bridge plus the top rate schools within walking distance. The bus services are really good also - 37, 42 and P4. The P4 is useful for connecting to the Victoria line at Brixton. It's worthwhile waiting for the right property. I know of one which will be coming on the market in a few weeks - 4 bedrooms and south facing garden circa £2.5m.

  I realise this is highly unlikely, but if anyone has a colour laser printer in very good working order, I'd be delighted to take it off your hands!
