Ginger and white cat seems lost on Upland Road

Friendly ginger and white cat, female I think, tried to follow us home this evening. She seemed confused, she had no collar and was running over the road and back. Worried about her getting her run over. I already have a very similar one at home from the exact same situation so we couldn't let her follow us.

Please Let me know if you know where she lives, perhaps I'm just worrying for no reason.
