To all volunteers who live or lived in UK, could you please fill this questionnaire out? It's part of my dissertation smile emoticon You only need to have and use a UK loyalty card (Boots, Costa, Debenhams, Tesco card, doesn't matter) to participate! I gave up. It doesn't seem to make sense. You ask about a loyalty card and then suddenly switch into what its website is like for things like: "Advertised items are available in inventory", "Provides information on how much an item costs with shipping costs included", "Provides accurate information about when orders will be received". A bit nonsensical when you are talking about a loyalty card like Nectar which is usable across sites and in-store and its actual website you don't buy things from, or a card (e.g. Morrisons, Costa) which I only use in-store.

Thanks for your comment :) I know that the survey it's not exactly funny, but it's part of a dissertation so I'm sure no one expected it to be particularly amusing! Your point it's very interesting, but this is as a marketing questionnaire works.
