Earl and Jermaine at Extra Mile Vans moved us from Denmark Hill to Nunhead and I can highly recommend them. They were professional, efficient and extremely hard working, aiming to get everything moved as quickly as possible as well as being careful with our belongings. They were also competitvely priced and very friendly. Earl was in touch regularly in advance to check everything was in place for the move, I found it very reassuring. http://www.extramilevans.co.uk/

  If you can access Facebook, there are many groups on there for different things. it may be helpful searching for groups on there. i joined a few groups on there myself which helped me with my health issues. it was these groups that made me realise I wasn’t the only one suffering with side effects & some women were worse off than me. hope that helps
