Lovely 2 double bedroom, ground floor flat, in art deco style block. Situated in East Dulwich SE22.


Good sized living room, separate kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower combined, separate hallway, 2 double bedrooms, both fitting double beds and storage.


Kitchen has a small table to dining in, that fold down to conserve space, washing machine, brand new fridge.


Flat will be Unfurnished.


Flat is set in art deco style block, situated on the ground floor facing a communal courtyard. A small table and chairs is situated outside so you can enjoy the outside space.


The flat is a 10/15 minute walk to Lordship lane, the heart of East Dulwich, with Peckham Rye park less than 5 mins down the road.

Great transport links, a 10 minute walk to Honor Oak station for London bridge trains and overground lines to east London and crystal palace. A short bus rid to Peckham Rye station with again trains to London bridge and London Victoria and Overground to East London and Clapham Junction.


The Flat is available from the beginning of august, 1 year contract minimum, NO PPI. References will be required.


Rent Per month- ?1400, Per Week ?350, with 1 months rent in advance for a deposit.

    • Anywhere near the Overground/Windrush due to its excellent transport links.  You will get larger place in SE23 for example that will give you enough spare cash for private school if that's what you really want but states schools generally good, reflecting the demographic  Easy to get to the bustling streets of East Dulwich but in ten years see what happens to Forest Hill centre.  The whole of the area is full of green spaces. Access to East Croydon for days out in the South Coast
