Garmin Forerunner 305 - wrist worn GPS device for runners. Originally around ?230. With heart rate monitor which is compatible with other ANT+ and Garmin cycling devices - costs around ?45 on its own.

Comes with charging cradle, USB cable, spare strap, tool and instructions. No offers.

  Another bite for JAGS ( James Allen Girls school) classes are excellent too. There is also Dulwich boys but less light and airy )might be better nor as haven’t been for a while)
