It seems like our floor is sinking in - don't think it's the timber but whatever is under there. Any recommendations of who can look at this kind of issue,

  Do you mean The Dream Machine? Used to sell vinyl and musicians used to go there and play? Don't know about the hifi repair! If that's what you are thinking of, I can put you in touch with the guy who used to run it if you PM me.
