I'm sadly selling my Kettler GIRO GT indoor cycle due to a house move into a smaller place. This is so much more than a standard exercise bike and I bought it as I wanted a cross between a bike and a spinning bike. It's compact and looks good in your workout space, and has helped me hugely with my post-baby workouts!

It has the following features:

- Onboard computer that provides 12 training programmes (including heart rate control) and feedback on 5 workout statistics.

- Self-generated pedal power with offers 32 stages of electrically controlled resistance - no need to plug into the mains

- It is been equipped with an 18kg (40lbs) freewheel flywheel.
