Black and white kitten - Heber Road area

A small black cat/kitten with white feet and a white tip on her tail has taken up residence in the Heber Road area. A couple of neighbours are feeding her. She looks quite young and I'm not sure if she's been spade. She spends all day in our gardens and I've seen her coming out of a neighbor's shed in the morning and has been hanging around for quite a few weeks. Does anyone know anything about her? I'm not sure if she is lost, a stray or just doesn't go home very often.
