House clearance - items for sale:

Paint:

1 x full 2.5l Dulux rrp ?17.99. Will take ?10.99. Brand new, unopened

1 x almost full 2.5 l dulux paint for sale. Has been opened... But minimal amount used. Rrp ?17.99, will take ?7.

Tiles:

White ceramic wall tiles, W300x609x10mm

2xpacks with a total of 13 tiles. High quality premium tiles selling for ?1.50 per tile

Wardrobe:

Ikea PAX wardrobe - very tall, shell in great condition, shelves showing a little sign of wear due to weight. Wardrobe has floor to top height mirrored doors, and a lovely wood colour frame (inbetween mahogany and beach).

Measurements to be confirmed, currently expect it to be 200x60x236cm

Has top shelf, clothes rail,followed below by 3/4 rail )allowing for dresses), and another two shelves.

Back of wardrobe may require re-taking in.

Buyer must dismantle the wardrobe and take away same day.

Will take ?25 - originally paid c.?80 per door not including the frame or shelving!

could you post more details re the paint, ie colour, type-gloss- matt -for wood etc thanks

Paint is Matt, for painting walls and is a Dulux Blossom White colour, very nice indeed - bought too much and had it mixed as they didn't have it on the shelf so we couldn't return it for a refund

Tiles are for bathroom, smooth, white, gloss, ceramic tiles, very high quality, bought from topps tiles, unable to return as not complete sealed pack
