Fun and energetic nanny need work from September

Recommended Posts

Hi my name is emily cook I am 19 years old and I've been a nanny for almost a year now. I am currently in a nanny share with 3 little boys, a 2 , almost 3 and 4 year old, but unfortunately I had to make the decision to leave the nanny share due to the boys getting older and going into full time education. I have also worked in a nursery for a year while I was doing my level 3 diploma in children and young people's workforce, and before that I was volentering at a twins and triplets play group and baby sitting. I know that I don't have a lot of experience but I am a very fun energetic nanny and I have grown to love the boys I look after now as if they were my own, and I have connected so well with both family's aswell and I look forward to having that experience with another family that needs me. I have learnt a lot from the year I have been a nanny and looking after 3 young boys , has been a hand full but now I feel like I can handle anything. I am open to another nanny share but I am looking for full time work and to start from 1st of September, I am first aid trained and while at college learnt lots about new borns so I am flexible to look after any ages, please message me for any other information (including cv) thank you!

    • @Dulwichway Absolutely - I'm in no way trying to say that what happened was life-changing. I've encountered way worse situations and think of myself as pretty tough, which is why I took them on and got pelted. I suppose I'm just taken aback because the park always seemed so safe. But the stats I've just posted contradict that.   I suppose the one of the points of this thread is to point out that they weren't just numpty youths - I'd bet money on some of them being involved in more serious criminality. And to tell others to be vigilant.
    • Still, I guess it could be a lot worse than water being thrown at you by these numpty youths during these warmer times? thankfully it wasn't the more dangerous mugging type youths that crossed your path waving knifes and guns in your face!  just a thought? hopefully these muppets will get sorted by plod soon, but don't hold your breath.
    • Another dramatic spike the previous May 24 -  both crimes around the car park -  could this be related to the massively increased numbers of people around Gala time?
    • No, no need to shut down tfl, just cut out the unnecessary and expensive beauracracy, simples.  Sep, you don't even live here.
