Hello :)

I hope you and your bumps are managing to stay cool in this lovely weather!

If you're wondering what the fuss is around hypnobirthing and why it works so well this blog explains it all: http://www.countthekicks.org.uk/pregnancy-information/jackie-kietz-talks-hypnobirthing/

So why choose HypnoBumps?

- We include a section on practical postnatal topics e.g. nappy changing, bathing, safe sleep, first 24 hours - and so on - meaning you won't need to do any other courses unless you wish to.

- Feedback is great and the testimonials and birth stories from lovely parents speak for themselves (you can read these on the website)

- Also should your little one decide not to arrive Earthside on his due date (only around 5% do), we include a ridiculously relaxing '40 week Maternity Reflexology treatment' to add to your super calm post-hypnobirthing vibe :)

For more details on what's included our website www.baby-bumps.net has lots of info on it or you can call, text or email (details below) - always happy to chat.

Best wishes, Jackie

    • Charity shops have really good board books, especially St Christopher's
    • It was indeed in the vicinity of DKH. I live on the ED estate and I could tell it must be close by because of the noise. When I left my house this morning I found the culprits litter still in the middle of the st. It looked like they had lit a whole box on fire in the middle of the road. My cat jumped out of her skin. I’ll try and report it on Southwark website same as I have had to with other illegal use this week. Any other ideas for what we can do with the photos? Maybe one of the Southwark councillors. It’s outrageous and dangerous behaviour.
    • Had another great meal there…. those that haven’t tried it, give it a go.. have a special lunch menu as well so you can get a flavour of the food.
    • If you "cotton on" and read the council announcement, it clearly states "The library will be closed from 17 November until late June or early July 2026."  https://www.southwark.gov.uk/2025/dulwich-library-closing-refurbishment
