[Sorry that was not in the spirit of the thread.] I'm pleased for East Dulwich and agree it's great. Largely because of the amazing amenities and the genuinely decent community here. -

Six months ago it was Peckham. Twelve months ago Brixton was where the cool people lived. Next month it'll probably be New Cross or Deptford. Cool Catford is a cert once Deptford is no longer cool. I jest. -
My groceries are always delivered between the times agreed, so I've never found that stressful. I'd rather get fresh air and talk to people without combining it with travelling to a supermarket, pushing a trolley round trying to find all the items on my list, queuing up to pay, and then lugging home a load of groceries! But as you say, each to their own. It would be a dull old world if we were all the same, etc etc !
