Fusion gym is a stifling place to be

I am probably resurrecting a much discussed subject on here so forgive me, but the lack of ventilation and any form of comfort cooling in the gym at Fusion Dulwich is really unpleasant on most summer days but this morning was stifling and made me feel so uncomfortable I left. I have complained to Fusion about it but is there anyone in leisure management out there who knows whether there is something more that can be done to get some improvements made. Feels like a service standard must be being breached. I can never understand how the otherwise rather good refurb could be allowed to happen without ventilation being addressed. There are loads of windows in there but none of them open. madness.
