Avoid this man, turns up at 10.30 leaves at 4pm, claimed he could sand my floor, scored all the wood, put 3 coats of coloured varnish on floor, leaving a ugly dark finish, ( should have stained then varnish with clear)when requested load oak finish. The main concern about this man is that he denied stratching wood, only managed to prove him wrong because a replacement floor board was also Badly scored. This man is not returning calls, refusing to pay back some of the monies, not returning calls. Quoted work to take two weeks. Had to get another contracter in who completed the job to a really high standard in three days, Des had over quoted the job, not honest
