Quality cleaners

I am looking for someone who has a high standard of cleaning; I have tried agencies but the standards have been very inconsistent and a different person used every time. I just want to find someone that will give my house a proper clean and notices when things need to be cleaned or wiped rather than being told and can ask to do more hours if needed rather than doing half a job in the time or time wasters that clock watch waiting for their shift to be over.

I'd like someone who is trust worthy, reliable, hard working and speaks English and would appreciate a recommendation from someone who employs the cleaner rather than the cleaner.
