Nanny contract - Use of family car?

Hi

I'm putting together a nanny contract and would like to include the use of the family car but I have no idea on what is standard/normal for the employer to pay for e.g. excess charges for any ins claim, penalty charges, damage etc. Does anyone have an agreement already in place with a nanny which you're able to share with me?

Where I work, if I'm required to use a vehicle I am expected to meet fines (ie parking tickets) but nothing else (insurance, excess etc) as it is my employer requiring me to drive. I suppose you could think about what you would feel reasonable for you to pay at your place of work?

Our nanny used our car. Nothing in contract.

We paid insurances etc. if there was a fine and there were only two - I paid one and she paid the other based on the circumstances. As she is ferrying your children around and sometimes fines happen
