Brand new unused Bathstore products

We recently had our bathroom done and have leftovers, plus new items we never used. All in original boxes and packaging. Haven't been opened except to take pics. All from Bathstore - unfortunately we left it too late to return! Prices attached, but we are open to offers.

1. LED Chrome ceiling lights x3. We paid ?19.98 each. Selling for ?15 or ?40 for all three

2. Wall chrome extractor fan. We paid ?64.13. Selling for ?50

We also have floor tiles, wall tiles and grout - but I can't attach any more pics!

Floor tiles x2 boxes (wooden floor look - called Brixton mid grey field, though is definitely more brown than grey!). 13 tiles per box covering 1m2. Tile size 150x500mm. Paid ?30 per box, selling for ?15

Wall tiles X1 box 8 tiles in this box (Camden Dark Grey), size of tiles is 250x500mm, 8 tiles cover 1m2. We paid ?34.00, selling for ?17.

Grout - 3 3kg bags of cream grout, plus a fourth that has been opened and used. 1 bag of dark grey, though it has been opened and used. Open to offers, or free if you take the tiles off our hands! We paid ?12 per bag

We are based just near Selhurst station (15 min drive from ED), and don't have a car, so it is strictly collection only.
