I can recommend buying the racing post - and in the Newmarket section of the form there will be a "selection box" which shows all the picks from the tipsters from each of the newspapers - you should get some winners from that.

Took the bet before Sunderland's sire result this weekend Dr - also it's value (12) rather than (likely)..I may do a perm with Sunderland in too - who do you think I should replace with Sunderland?

Well I think Sunderland are more likely to go down than all three of those. But if I were to swap one it would be Palace. It seems to be any three from five if you add Hull to the equation. But, as is sometimes the case, another club gets involved in the struggle, it might be Bournemouth.

I'd be tempted to put Bournemouth in the mix too, right now their defence is looking very suspect plus a general lack of squad depth...
