I see from the Telegraph Fantasy Racing that Torrenado beat Dawn Approach - I think I had first and second, so should have gotten some points at last.

You still have to spend ?5 every week yourself to get the extra ?5 bet so it's not really free. It just sounds like it is!

er, no Mr Medic.

You get your ?5 quid refunded every week - and even if you win too I found out today. This alsts for the whole football season...so a free ?5 accie weekly, as lonag as you do it every week.

Plus if you open an account you get the free ?10 whether you join the accie promo or not

It is free money, they are chasing customers,

I've just been on the site. I'm with Meds on this one.

My understanding is you have to place a weekly ?5 bet (accie > 5/1).

This then qualifies you for another ?5 bet, not a refund in the true sense of the word. The additional ?5 bet has to be spent in Skybet, and not taken out of the account. So in effect you are getting 2 ?5 bets for the price of one.

Or have I missed something bleedingly obvious! :)

The ?10 free bet is a one off while the free accie only works if you spend a fiver each week,Mr.Quids. I used my ?10 ages ago so it's not new. As RD says it's a buy one get one free deal on the accies and given the minimum odds you must have maybe not as good as it sounds.

I get a free ?5 accie all season - no problem if it's 5/1 or 10/1 . I don't even do accies but A free one all season... at 5/1 I should mathematicall get a couple in too...but I'll probably go for a bigger odd one

this weekend West Ham > Cardiff, Reading

my op does point out you need to open an account...

    • For some strange reason, hubby likes to spend 'big' on family cards birthday and Christmas. I think it may have stemmed from his mother- she equated money with status and was a bit of a snob!  She was also quite eccentric - we asked for a suitcase one year and got a set of 4. One year she gave hubby the equivalent of a hearing aid - it was a device to hear bird song. Nobody we know send expensive cards. We have a twice yearly set of cards from the Foot and Mouth Painting Artists and have done for the last 30 plus years. I think they are around £12 for set of 10  - cannot remember what we paid this winter but they are fantastic value and beautiful paintings.  One of the best places around to buy cards is the Fair Trade Centre at Christ Church Barry Road. Fantastic selection with a starting price of £1.30.
