Double Bedroom available in flat on Grove Vale

Hi All,

I have a 3-bed flat (of which 1 room is available)in Grove Vale SE22. It's 2 minutes' walk from East Dulwich Station (with regular trains to London Bridge & Victoria); short walk to Denmark Hill (for Kings X & the City). Large lounge, all mod cons, and a newly-fitted kitchen. Both rooms are doubles, although one is smaller than the other. I've attached a few photos, and can send more by email/whatsapp, but previous tenants were there for over two years, and were sad to move on - which is as high a recommendation for a flat (and landlord) as you're likely to find. Sorry, no students or DSS tenants - and no smoking (not even leaning out of the window!) or pets (fish excepted,I'm not that fussy!!). If you're an agent, it may be in your best interest not to contact me, as I am at least 3.5 times more likely to hurl abuse at you as I am to avail myself of your services. Available immediately (that's the flat, but the abuse can be too) on a 6/9/12 month agreement. Zap me a PM to arrange a viewing.

    • Remember, you never know what someone else is going through behind closed doors....
    • Is anyone else having difficulty booking Silver Swim sessions (Tuesday and Thursday between 3pm-4pm?) Almost all the spaces are taken before the online booking system opens at 10pm several days before. Last night there appeared to be one space available for next Tuesday. I tried to book at one second past 10pm but was unsuccessful. This seems to have been a recent phenomenon. I made a telephone call this morning but just received a recorded message saying that the voicemail box was full. Am I right in assuming that in person bookings are now taking precedence over online ones?
    • I completely agree with you, Angelina. But it's worth noting that no one else has a problem with her, or finds her rude /  has mentioned her aggressively banging gates / ringing doorbells etc.
    • But I don't think that was what you meant, was it? But he can hardly be held responsible for what somebody else did! Just discovered I forgot to post the above  last night, and now it's overtaken by long posts.  I don't have sufficient knowledge  to counter some of what has been said above, some of which appears to be opinion rather than facts, so it would be pointless for me to say anything else.
