Love beer but can't enjoy it due to the gluten? Beer is officially back on the menu.

Your trusty local beer shop Hop Burns & Black has got together with expert gluten-free chef Kate Waters to create an evening that celebrates the very best of gluten-free beers and food.

An acclaimed bespoke fine dining chef, Kate is also a registered nutritional therapist and, as a coeliac herself, practises what she preaches. She's put together an exquisite menu to accompany some of the best gluten free beers in the world from the likes of Mikkeller, Brewdog and more.

This event is part of the London Beer City festival and takes place on Tuesday 11th August, 7.30-10pm at Hop Burns & Black, 38 East Dulwich Rd.

We've sampled the menu and the beers and they're tasting superb!

    • Hi all My car was stolen between 1.30pm-1.50pm today in SE22 East Dulwich in South East London. I have of course reported this to the police but not much is being done, so I thought I'd give this a shot. The registration is GM66YOV, though its possible the licence plate may have been changed by now. If you see it anywhere please contact me or the police. Thankyou!
    • Years ago, got my ears pierced, alcohol on site, gun ..done.. Simple.. Gosh, surely your daughter of mothers can recommend  - do you really need to post on forum? Or maybe you home school whatever.. still recovering from shock, posted along the lines of, advice needed about adopting/ buying a dog…. Guess I am now at a age, where I should just keep quiet and pass no comment and read  postings like a “soap” - cheaper than tv licence…
    • Looking for a wrought iron bench with wooden slats in need of restoration - something like this.
    • I would'nt go locally I'd go to Maria Tash in Liberty..it'll be more expensive but they will do a good job and its their buisness not a 'sideline' to other beauty offerings. https://www.mariatash.com/store-locations/maria-tash-london-liberty?srsltid=AfmBOoqMz7Ev-4YqzrlkePX0n3i5JbiggGYSR9kU5z1p_ajP_jjQKqlt I have no experience of piercing at Polished but I went in to enquire about a manicure and I found the staff attitude pretty rude, looking me up and down when I walked in and just giving off a bad attitude like they just could'nt be bothered maybe because I'm not a glam 30 something? I dont know.
