It's officially the school holidays hurrah! For those of you still looking to get your exercise fix but with no childcare, fear not, we bring you:

Post-natal + toddler outdoor class

This is a circuit style class that will address the needs of the post-natal woman at any stage where your kids can come too! We use the dog free picnic area so that your child can play freely whilst you exercise! So whether you have a baby, toddler, pre-schooler or school child - or any mix of the above, our class is for you!

When: every Tuesdays 9:45am - 10:45am

Where: Peckham Rye, meet at the cafe (we'll then go to the picnic area together. If it's your first time at a Jelly Belly class please arrive 5 minutes early. Dress for exercise, bring water and a mat.

?7.50 pay as you go

?35 for a 5 class pass

?65 for a 10 class pass

(class passes can be used at all of our outdoor classes)

  Posted around 12 cards 2 weeks prior to 24th December. Had some responses so know people have received them. Had about 20 cards - mixture of hand delivered and via post. After years of 'nagging' by myself and our daughters, we may have cured hubby of spending £4 plus on individual cards for our immediate family ( when you have 12 immediate family it costs a bomb) Also as the girls state, they get put in the recycling bad at beginning of January regardless of cost.

  There was a LETS scheme in ED and it ran for a couple of years or so. Trying to remember when it was pre 2000? A couple of friends joined it, one did baby sitting for exchange for ironing, the other did small painting jobs or simple gardening. There was a set criteria regarding credits,
