Where can I find a Chinese tutor?

I have a 5 year-old daughter and 7 year-old boy.My husband is a Chinese and we plant to go to China per year,but my husband is too busy to teach my kids.Where can I find a Chinese tutor?One-on-one course will be better if there are.

Any recommendation? I have never thought about learning online before considering the teaching quality and credibility.I think a face to face course is better for kids to focus on learning
