Postnatal workout Thursday and Friday mornings in Dulwich Park!

Now that the the sun is shining (most days anyway) make a positive start to the day and join us with your little ones at Dulwich Park, Thursday at 10am and Peckham Rye, Mondays at 1.30pm for Jelly Belly Outdoors Postnatal. Everyone welcome, from mums who've just had their 6 week check to those with older babies who want to get back into exercise.

You'll get a great whole body workout tailored for the post-natal woman, lots of fresh air and vitamin D for you and your child and meet some new friends too!

If your baby is 6 months or older and you have been exercising already and would like to try something a little harder (we incorporate interval running and some higher intensity exercises) come along, to Dulwich Park at 10am on Fridays for Postnatal +.

  Thank you! She is both spayed and microchipped, and reported missing on Petlog and with the vets. She normally never goes out the front, certainly for never more than 10-15 minutes, so this is definitely new territory for her. There is lots of dense foliage across the road so there are plenty of places she could be hiding if she is spooked, so we are hoping she will come back when she is calm. The weather isn't helping, she never goes out in the rain. Thank you again!

  Hi, Have you been letting her out the front door onto the street or would this be a first & therefore unfamiliar with the area? Does she respond to a name & is she spayed & microchipped? Our team carry scanners on our daily routes & will of course be looking our for her. I hope you are reunited with her soon.   A slightly delayed review but another one to echo Niko's praises. I had an issue with a cistern that needed replacing and Niko was attentive and did a great job. He was very diligent, explained what he was doing and fixed issues from a previous plumber's work. I will definitely ask for his help again if I have any issues in the future.
