We are the proud owners of a Victorian terrace in Peckham in dyre need to renovation, including potential side return extension, kitchen renovation, exterior work, taking a few walls down and moving the bathroom upstairs.

Would appreciate some advice, cost estimates, timescales etc. on Friday late afternoon at the property.

  Yep Peter Mandelson is officially toast. But what now MUST happen is that the title of Lord and all the privileges which go with that should be removed immediately. It's a long way up the pole but it's an even longer way back down as Mandelson is finding out.

  So your remedy for anyone harming an animal, amongst which I assume you include at least all insects, is, well, to kill an animal. Good and logical call. Hyperbole only gets you so far, you know.
