We have a bright and airy double room available for short term let in our house in East Dulwich.

We are a family of three (me, my husband and our 2 yr old daughter) living in a newly-refurbished Victorian house located in a peaceful cul-de-sac, 10 min-walk away from Lordship Lane and a stone's throw from Peckham Rye Park. Shops, a great local pub and cafes are only a few steps away and the location has great transport links.

The room is spacious, light and very private as it is located at the top of the house. It has sole use of an ensuite bathroom and the room has a new carpet, is freshly painted and has a lovely view to the back garden and London skyline beyond. It has a double bed, desk and a wardrobe.

We are looking for a friendly and easy-going person who is happy to live with a young family and is looking for a peaceful place to live. Female and non-smokers only please.

The rent is ?780 including bills.

Room is available from 3-6 months with flexible start date.

One month deposit and references required.

    • The OP might have found the ‘Creative Trump’ protests entertaining but I found them very disrespectful to our late and great Queen Elizabeth who was interred at Windsor Castle 3 years ago.  They would have had more impact on projecting the images at Chequers today.
