When I had to do a factory reset on my Android phone recently after the upgrade to Lollipop sent it haywire, I backed up all my texts using this app with no problem at all, and then downloaded then again after the factory reset.

I think my texts are now being automatically backed up. I presume I could download them all onto a new phone if I wanted.

Sorry for my stupidity, but I can't see why you'd need anything else, given that using this app is so quick and easy (and free)?

Vibosoft Android Mobile Manager must be the best choice for you. It is designed to transfer SMS or text message from Android phone to PC directly. Connect your android phone to computer, and you will get it done in a few seconds.

Same as http://www.marksdailyapple.com/forum/thread114383.html from Beatrice4 oin New York to another forum.

The other one that eveeve posted here yesterday was also sent to http://www.androidauthority.com/community/threads/how-to-restore-lost-samsung-galaxy-text-messages-to-computer.25678/ by sarathink.

Isn't it obvious that these bits of advice are all commercial? Think about better and earlier ways of screening out them or their posts.

    • I’d also recommend Paul for electrical work. He came round the other week to help us out with a handful of jobs (installing an SPD, new light fittings, installing a dimmer switch, a bathroom fan). His quote was cheaper than what I got from others, he turned up on time and he got the job done quickly.
    • We’d like to add our recommendation for Lukasz and team at L&L Building & Maintenance.  Lukasz has recently installed a roof terrace for us, and we’ve found him a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We contacted about a dozen recommended builders and found his quote very competitive. During the build his team delivered quality work, they were no hassle in the house at all and they kept the place tidy every day. The terrace looks great, and we’re very happy customers. What stood out in particular was Lukasz’s responsiveness, right from discussing quotes to follow-up during the build. Lukasz often checked in and was always available when we needed him.  We’ll definitely contact Lukasz again for future building work and we’d happily recommend him to others looking for a reliable builder.   Lukasz Kugaczewski L&L Building & Maintenance 07926651960 [email protected] www.landl-build.com
    • Yes, I did mention the train, which I now get from East Dulwich to Guys instead of the 40. Depends where in East Dulwich you are starting from which route is easiest! I think it is probably lack of staff rather than lack of hospitals which is the problem?
    • What can be done? How about reporting it to the police?
