I would like to recommend our lovely nanny Vivien who worked with us full time live out for 3 years. She has looked after our 2 children (now aged 4 years and 5 years) and they adore her. She is full of energy, keeps them always entertained, and keeps the house and playroom spotless. She makes delicious dinners for the kids especially lovely roasts.


Unfortunately our girls are going to different schools from September and we need a nanny who can drive.

      Staff have changed and owner now taking a more active role….she is such a nice+lady so I encourage you to try again . I am all for supporting local business and personally very glad after appalling service earlier this year Gail’s has closed.. Change of staff and chefs were unreal.. In one month alone must have had at least 4 new chefs plus god knows how many waiters/ waitresses.. when Ai saw that happening, new it was gonna be down hill all the way.

      To be fair, a pot of tea for one in a department store is a small pot, and you only get one cup or mug!

      I know - we have been here lots of times since it first opened,  which is why we were disappointed that it was closed at a time it was supposed to be open, but with no notice to say why! I guess we will just  have to ask the reason at our next visit, but I'm not sure we will risk Saturday lunchtime again unless we find the closure  was an unavoidable one off ....
