Having seen some of my friends get amazing results on the Jane Plan diet, I signed up for 3 months. I have zero discipline though and have not carried it through after 2 weeks!!!! 😁

If you do have he discipline to stick to the plan, here is a chance to grab yourself an absolute bargain.

I paid a small fortune for this (something like ?900).....

In addition to what you see on the photos, there is an additional full box. I also opted for extra dinner portions for my hubby so there is extra dinner meals.

You basically eat 3 meals plus snack, all from the plan and it is nutrition and calorie controlled.

  I wonder whether his political epiphany and renaissance will stretch to him using his real name - James Ashworth-McLintock - rather than the more proletarian 'McAsh'. To my mind, the only people who should have self-bestowed mononyms are very talented Brazilian footballers - Pele, Kaka, Ronaldinho - very talented female pop icons - Madonna, Shakira, Sonia - or Russian revolutionaries - Lenin, Stalin, Trotsky.   Probably more helpful to ask simply whether McCash was affiliated with the Greens before becoming a Labour councillor. Trying to explain your thought process and unravel your fevered imagination (particularly when it comes to local politica) is the kind of thing that might require several years of psychoanalysis.
